How to install

ATOZ ERP gives you a fast desktop application that works offline, with a secure cloud copy of your data for backup and recovery. You do not configure sync yourself — backup runs quietly in the background.

Getting started

Choose the path that matches your situation. The setup wizard opens automatically on first launch.

Activate with license key

Best if you purchased a plan from our website or received a key from your vendor.

  1. 1Install ATOZ ERP on your computer.
  2. 2On first launch, the setup wizard opens automatically.
  3. 3Choose Activate with license key.
  4. 4Enter the key from your purchase email or invoice.
  5. 5Choose your store type (pharmacy, general store, hardware, garments, etc.) or start with empty stock.
  6. 6Enter your company name, city, and create your administrator account.
  7. 7Click Finish setup — demo inventory is imported automatically (1–2 minutes for large catalogs).
Your license is verified online once. After that, the app works offline within your plan's grace period.

Day-to-day use

  • Work normally on desktop — no extra steps.
  • Sales, stock, and payments save locally immediately.
  • When online, changes upload automatically.
  • License status refreshes in the background.
  • If the internet drops, you can keep working. The app tracks offline time and reminds you to reconnect before your grace period ends.

Support scenarios

I bought a key but setup says invalid

Check for typos. Keys are not case-sensitive. Contact support with your invoice number if the key was revoked.

My license expired but I renewed

Open Company Profile, enter your new key, or connect to the internet and restart the app so it can refresh.

I replaced my laptop

Never use "Activate with license key" on a new machine if the key was already used. Use Restore this PC instead.

Sync seems slow

Large backlogs after a long offline period are normal. Leave the app open and connected; progress runs automatically.

Privacy & security

  • Desktop data stays on your machine unless synced.
  • Cloud backup is tied to your company account and registered devices only.
  • Passwords are encrypted; license keys are validated server-side.
  • We do not sell your business data.
