View your plan in Company Profile inside the app. Upgrade on our website and enter the new key there.
View pricingCheck for typos. Keys are not case-sensitive. Contact support with your invoice number if the key was revoked.
Open Company Profile, enter your new key, or connect to the internet and restart the app so it can refresh.
Never use "Activate with license key" on a new machine if the key was already used. Use Restore this PC instead.
Large backlogs after a long offline period are normal. Leave the app open and connected; progress runs automatically.
